The Role (aka: our go-to HR person) We’re looking for a seasoned HR pro who loves being in the mix — the one people go to when they need answers, guidance, or a steady hand. This role is equal parts doer and builder:

- Turn messy data into insights leaders can actually use
- Support smarter, data-driven decisions across the business

- Be the calm, credible voice when things get complicated
- Partner with managers to navigate real-world situations
Day-to-Day HR Support
- Jump from benefits to coaching to HRIS troubleshooting without missing a beat
- Be the “how do we handle this?” person
- Keep things moving and get stuff done
You won’t just be maintaining HR — you’ll help build it.
- Create structure, consistency, and scalable practices
- Support a multi-site workforce with practical, people-first solutions
- Partner closely with the Director of HR (hi ) as a true right hand—not an order taker
Compensation & Pay Practices
- Support benchmarking, pay ranges, and equity reviews
- Help leaders understand the why behind comp decisions
Policies, SOPs & Compliance
- Write, refine, and update policies
- Make sure they’re actually usable — and actually used
Manager Coaching
- Equip leaders to lead effectively
- Support performance conversations, documentation, and PIPs
Employee Experience: Help create a thoughtful, consistent journey from onboarding to offboarding

- Solid grounding in compensation practices
- Experience supporting a multi-site workforce
- HRIS experience (Paycor = a bonus)

- A former HR team of one
- An HR Manager who misses being hands-on
- The behind-the-scenes backbone of a busy HR team
If you like being the person others rely on and trust — you’ll feel at home here.
