DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Nightly management of all stand operations and employees in a single area, including setup, cleanup, and food prep.
- Provide staff training on proper food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation.
- Ensure proper procedures and training are being adhered to and follow up with staff needing additional training/support.
- Lead nightly preshow talk about the performance, expectations, and address any issues/areas of concern.
- Participate in a nightly wrap up meeting to identify any areas of concern and discuss potential solutions.
- Oversight of all cash handling and customer service including approving refunds, nightly register reconciliation and resolving customer service issues.
- Conducting nightly inventory and placing orders for the next performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work a minimum of 4 nights a week/weekend.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous managerial/leadership experience preferred.
