Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loader Operator to join our winter maintenance team. In this role, you will operate a front end loader to safely and efficiently clear snow from commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure reliable lot clearing prior tenants opening for business.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Complete daily logs for site service
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating loaders
- Construction site experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience driving front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks or tanker trucks
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
