Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool Op. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Your role will involve using various hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks and equipment repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of pools to assess their condition and identify maintenance needs.
- Perform routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Maintain pool equipment by conducting repairs and replacements as necessary.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Monitor chemical levels in pools and adjust as needed to ensure water quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding their pool needs and maintenance schedules.
- Document all services performed and report any issues or concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
