• Drive Sales & Merchandising: Coordinate merchandise flow-sorting, sanitizing, pricing, and restocking-while auditing sales racks and staying updated on local pricing for clothing, antiques, and housewares.
• Expand Our Reach: Build an online store for premium items and grow our social media presence to boost sales and volunteer interest.
• Community Relations: Cultivate strong local partnerships to increase community awareness and keep donation levels high.
• Financial Oversight: Manage register balances, ensure daily sales tally accurately with Square reports, and maintain proper cash drawers.
