What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Early Childhood Educator position at WNCSource?
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position assists in providing high-quality care in WNCSource children’s centers on an as needed basis.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential ($14.50/hr), state awarded certificate that meets or exceeds a CDA ($14.50/hr), or associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education/related field ($15.50/hr); baccalaureate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education/related field ($17.50/hr). Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in child development either through working with own children, working with a group of children or through child development training.
