We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our fast-paced American wings and burgers restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong kitchen skills, can work quickly under pressure, and takes pride in serving fresh, high-quality food every time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items including wings, burgers, fries, and other fast-food items.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold food safety standards.
- Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking supplies, and rotating inventory.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and communicate clearly with front-of-house staff.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly during peak hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience cooking in a similar fast-food, casual dining, or American-style kitchen (wings, burgers, fryers/grill, etc.).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
