What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, IT, data, and product)
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders to intake, calibrate, and refine hiring strategies
- Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, leveraging proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Recruiting Ops, and leadership to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Help bring structure and clarity to recruiting processes in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Support organizational initiatives in partnership with HR as needed, including:
- Updating and refining job descriptions across the tech organization
- Assisting with role leveling and scope alignment
- 5 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house within a complex or high-growth organization
- Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related recruiting technologies), including pipeline management, and candidate tracking best practices
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
- Strong experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, enterprise systems, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and operate independently
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments (media/entertainment experience is a plus)
