Objective
We are looking for a full time competent Warehouse Clerk who will undertake a variety of tasks supporting the warehouse. This role will be responsible for data entry, receiving inventory, and providing support in answering inbound calls to the warehouse. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and it is a full-time position that will be located in our Addison, IL. warehouse. This is an “onsite” position.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, problem solver, strong attention to detail, organized, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), high level of accuracy, detail oriented, have basic math skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment,

Responsibilities
- Data entry.
- Scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries
- Order supplies internally.
- Track tire retreads - updating spreadsheets for tire movement (new tires and retreads)
- Process invoices & handle payments
- Assist with the Tire Storage Program (TSP)
- Must provide support in answering and routing inbound calls to the warehouse.
- Provide general support for the Warehouse Department (assisting with inventory counts)
- Special Projects as needed.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic math and counting skills for inventory accuracy.
Proficient in Google Docs or Excel a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective time management skills.
Education
High school diploma or GED required
