We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician who can setup and run Injection Molding machines, perform mold changes and process optimization, troubleshoot process and tooling issues and support maintenance and quality
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and start injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and adjust processes to keep machines running efficiently and parts within spec.
- Perform mold changes, basic maintenance, and equipment repairs as needed.
- Monitor machine performance, quality, and output throughout the shift.
- Supervise operators to ensure work is done safely and according to production goals.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with maintenance and management on equipment issues or downtime.
- Lock up and secure the plant at the end of the shift, ensuring all equipment is properly shut down.
- Troubleshoot machine, mold and material problems
- Report to Manager any difficulties or problems requiring special attention.
- Responsible for the accurate completion of Process Verification, and Tool Reports as required.
- Responsible for die change activities not completed by a Die Setter
- Ensures proper care of all equipment
Job-Specific Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with molding machines, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance experience required.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small production team preferred.
- Ability to read part drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, or weekends as needed.
- Education to support Mold Set-Ups, Trouble Shooting
- Computer skills including machine control
- Skills to perform process parameters of all presses operating during scheduled shift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Participate in all pertinent safety training as required -- Lockout/Tagout, Right to Know, Bloodborne Pathogen, Confined Space, etc.
May be required to obtain a Hi/Lo license. Must be eligible to receive training and pass testing for hi/lo, forklift license, etc. if necessary
