POSITION SUMMARY
Primary responsibility is to spearhead, analyze, and optimize all operations and marketing programs, tools, and performance metrics to elevate revenue and maximize company profitability from our El Pollo Loco, Denny’s, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Blaze Pizza, and/or Corner Bakery Café franchise restaurants, resulting in the maintenance of our company's position as a franchise leader in each affiliated brand. This position will focus on the El Polo Loco Brand.
DESCRIPTION
• Analysis of monthly budgets, profit & loss statements, and other financial performance reports
• Analysis, report creation, and distribution of operational metric reports
• Strategic planning and implementation of operations and marketing programs for profitability and cost savings
• Head of all public relations and social media efforts
• Risk Management and Customer Relations Management
• Direction and implementation of upper level management training
• Event planning and execution (grand openings, acquisitions, company sponsored functions, etc.)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 2 years of management experience required
• 2 years in a creative role preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Strong use of all social media platforms
REQUIREMENT
- 20 – 30% Travel
- Work some Evening and Weekend workdays
- Bilingual – Spanish Plus
