Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse regarding shipments
• Support sales team and maintain customer records
• Follow up with customers regarding order status

Qualifications

• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, ERP systems)
• Experience with industrial products, automotive parts, or bearings is a plus
