Responsibilities
- Physical Inventory Management and Control
- Communicate and work closely with Managers and Accounting in materials procurement
- Follow and enforce the Materials Management Process
- Assemble and stage the project bill of materials (BOM)
- Requisition, receive, and issue materials not in stock
- Control and accurately report all inventory movement in and out of the warehouse using prescribed software and forms
- Perform monthly physical inventory counts
- Ensure the accuracy of all receiving/issuing documents and maintain all records relative to receiving/issuing activities
- Manage tool inventory inspect for safety and functionality, label, issue, track, and report movement in and out of the warehouse, track lost or damaged tools, track new and replacement tools, and conduct monthly tool inventory counts
- Track and schedule vehicle maintenance
- Keep the warehouse well-organized and adequately stocked
- Maintain grounds in a presentable manner daily
- Keep track of goals and tasks using Daylite and other tools
- Follow and enforce the use of prescribed PPE. Practice safe forklift operation, lifting, climbing, and other safety techniques per OSHA requirements
- Keep the warehouse secure when unattended
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development, including written materials, webinars, company meetings, etc.

Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of prior warehouse experience
- Forklift certified
- CDL
- General knowledge of math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.
- Inventory software experience
- Organization, coordination, time management, and multitasking
- Perform well under stress in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively and work well within a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to report to work as scheduled and on time, work overtime as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Associate's Degree
- Understanding of solar energy systems and roofing
- Proficiency in Apple products and iOS
- Physical Requirements Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance
- Capable of safely climbing ladders
- Capable of performing tasks that may require prolonged standing or sitting, walking, lifting, climbing, pulling, pushing, operating a forklift, or sitting at a computer
