Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through internet leads.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospects using CRM systems, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Explain financing options and coordinate with the Finance Department.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Complete required sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer service.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and dealership events.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and automotive sales regulations.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn commission-based income.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems.
- Previous automotive sales experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Eleads, Tecobi, or similar systems.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or English/other languages) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, call center, or commission-based sales environments.
