Rosasco Law Group APC is a boutique defense law firm in Rocklin, California. We practice labor & employment law on behalf of employers with a particular emphasis on the agricultural industry. We handle class actions, PAGA cases, wage and hour matters, administrative cases, and cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. We are conveniently located off Highway 65 & Blue Oaks Blvd.

Compensation
$160,000 - $250,000
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
- Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration
- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
- Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
- Must have a California bar license.
- Must have at least 3 years of years of solid labor & employment experience including class actions and PAGA matters.
