Responsibilities
- Lead sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in weekly Sales Meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
- Support counter sales staff if needed.
- Any other job-related tasks pertaining to customer relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years in sales distribution, preferably HVAC.
- Management experience.
- Goal-oriented.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
