Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Follow up on every lead in our system — nothing falls through
- Work the CRM daily to keep your pipeline current
- Build rapport, uncover seller motivations, and overcome objections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers and keep communication tight
- Set and run appointments while negotiating win/win outcomes
- Learn our systems and the real estate process quickly
- Stay sharp on the local market so you can answer questions with confidence
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- High school diploma or Associate's degree
- Sales-focused call center experience preferred
- Proven sales track record a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and/or MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable with a CRM or quick to learn one
- Clean pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Good attendance record; limited travel as needed
- A real go-getter — ambitious, enterprising, and action-oriented
- Strong phone presence; confident setting appointments over the phone
- Connect easily with a wide range of personalities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Organized, with solid time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional, dependable, and accountable

- Willing to work some evenings and weekends when the leads need it - not very often
