Compensation

$120,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships by understanding their unique real estate goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Utilize a consistent stream of pre-qualified leads to connect with motivated buyers and sellers, creating ongoing business opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging property tours and open houses while delivering expert guidance and market insights to clients.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts to secure the best possible results for every client.
  • Partner closely with our administrative support team to ensure smooth transactions and an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
  • Stay up to date on local market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide trusted, knowledgeable advice.
  • Participate in daily coaching, mentorship, and advanced training programs designed to sharpen your skills and accelerate your growth.

Qualifications

  • Active South Carolina real estate license, with the ability to start making an impact right away.
  • Proven success in real estate sales with a strong track record of closing deals and delivering results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and maintain long-term client connections.
  • Confidence in working with pre-qualified leads to generate consistent opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation abilities focused on creating win-win outcomes and maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of local market trends, property values, and neighborhood insights to provide clients with informed guidance.
  • Comfortable hosting property showings and open houses while delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and client-focused experience.
