Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Attend local real estate networking events and build relationships with realtors, wholesalers, and investors.
- Search the MLS and other sources to find investment properties and bring in new deals.
- Grow and maintain our buyer network, then present deals to our team and help match buyers.
- Help our Property Closer with paperwork and communication leading up to closing.
What we need
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (must have).
- Organized and able to track deals and contacts (must have).
- Self-motivated and comfortable networking with new people (must have).
- Interest in real estate investing is a plus
