The team serves a wide range of Central Massachusetts communities, including Worcester, Shrewsbury, Grafton, West Boylston, Boylston, Tatnuck, Salisbury, Burncoat, Northborough, Southborough, Westborough, Holden, and extended markets such as Sturbridge, Brookfield, Spencer, Charlton, and Oxford.

Responsibilities
- Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
- Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
- Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
- Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
- Manage our office, including opening and closing each day, and preparing marketing materials for the team of salespeople who work in the office
- Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
- Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
- Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
- College experience preferred but not required to apply
- Ability to work in-person, in our office in Worcester
