The ideal candidate preferably has 2 years of experience in pool maintenance and repair; however, we are willing to train the right candidate! Applicants should possess strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry. This position involves servicing residential and commercial pools throughout the Central Texas area using company-provided vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test, balance, and treat pool water chemistry
- Clean filters, baskets, salt systems, and equipment
- Diagnose and report equipment or plumbing issues
- Troubleshoot and assist with repairs and equipment replacements
- Identify potential leaks or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate service notes and work orders
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Previous pool repair or maintenance experience preferred; ideally 2 years, though we are willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in high temperatures and perform physically active work throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required
