Compensation
$80,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, scheduling, and staff support
- Oversee billing, payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination
- Maintain operational systems including Charm EHR and ClickUp
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Coordinate inventory, marketing initiatives, and clinic events
- Review operational data and recommend improvements
- 3 years of operations or clinic management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with healthcare workflows and compliance preferred
- Comfortable with technology, reporting systems, and project management tools
- Able to lead with accountability and professionalism
- Monday - Friday work week
