During the first 90 days of employment, the pay starts at $22/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for an increase after that. After successful completion of the 90-day probation period, health insurance and a retirement plan will be offered.

- Answering phones
- Handling initial intakes of potential clients
- Meeting with clients and potential clients
- Organizing files
- Opening claims with insurance companies
- Scheduling
- Requesting medical records and bills
- Scanning and copying documents
- Data entry into the case management system
- Filing
- Reading emails, faxes, and mail
