What You'll Do
- Conduct client-facing meetings to learn and understand their needs and goals as it pertains to Estate Planning or Probate matters.
- Build strong, lasting relationships through compassionate, thoughtful interactions that instill confidence and trust.
- Serve as a trusted advisor—Provide clear and compassionate guidance.
- Collect detailed personal and financial information to design customized plans aligned with each client’s goals and values.
- Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and accurately.
- Act as the primary legal point of contact for client questions and provide guidance with clarity and empathy.
- Follow up regularly with clients to maintain relationships and ensure continued support.
- Manage your caseload and work directly with the legal team to deliver timely, high-quality results.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and simplify complex legal concepts for clients
- Strong ethical standards and sound judgement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence.
