Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be
- Greet guests and owners on arrival.
- Checking in/out guests.
- Taking incoming calls and in-person bookings. Answering guests' questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
- Generating reservation folios and collecting payments.
- Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting the appropriate department.
- Preparing and consistently restocking the front desk supplies, including preparing arrival packets.
- Selling show and attraction tickets upon request from guests through our online concierge service.
- Performing other duties as assigned by your leader.
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
