Responsibilities
- Read Civil and/or Plumbing plans.
- Perform takeoffs of precast utility products/structures on plan sets.
- Use Titan 3000 Precast Management System to enter project and structure information and generate quotes.
- Communicate with customers about design needs, project scope, and job progression.
- Be a point of contact for customers with design/cost questions throughout the quoting process.
- Revise quotes as needed per new information, customer preferences, etc.
- Be a backup for incoming phone calls, taking messages, and helping customers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with reading Civil Plans is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain new information.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic math competency.
- Positive attitude.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Computer literacy and competence in a Microsoft Office environment.
