$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities
- Administer Medications Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake
- Resident Response Attend to any and all resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care
- Light Housekeeping Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space
- Keep each room up to high standards of sanitization by changing bedpans and sheets, and performing regular room cleaning
- Cleaning resident bathrooms, including showers and shower chairs
- Service Charting Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Assistance with ADLs Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks
- Give patient support with basic care, daily living activities, bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, serving daily meals, and taking proper medication dosages
- Activities Encourage and initiate activities to enhance residents' mental and physical health and promote socialization

- CBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain them during employment
- Current CNA license
