Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with our team to strategize and implement effective marketing plans for property listings.
- Utilize our tools and resources to convert leads into loyal clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings, both in-person and virtually.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests with professionalism and integrity.
- Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in South Dakota.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
- Comfortable using technology and online tools to enhance client interactions and manage tasks.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
