Responsibilities
- Policy & System Ownership Author, update, and maintain the overarching corporate SQF system, corporate policies, and safety procedures for multi-site locations across warehouses, manufacturing, and packaging departments.
- Audit Leadership Act as the leading authority for all GFSI, SQF, and third-party compliance audits.
- Specialized Compliance Maintain multi-site certification records, including Kosher and sustainable sourcing standards (RSPO, UTZ)
- Documentation Oversight Partner with our internal Product Support Specialist to review and approve product specification sheets, allergen controls, and ingredient/nutritional (I/N) panels.
- Cross-Site Governance Establish multi-site compliance loops to ensure corporate food safety standards are uniformly executed by the onsite plant FSQA team.
- Proven experience building, writing, and auditing SQF/GFSI food safety systems.
- Active SQF Practitioner certification.
- Background in confectionery manufacturing (panned/enrobed chocolates, allergen control, chocolate fats microbiotics) is highly preferred.
