$22 hourly admin - $50 hourly clincial

Parent Child Therapy Clinic Inc. is a thriving and growing child therapy group practice located in Ventura, CA. We have a reputation in the community as a premier practice that serves children and their families. Our waitlist is extensive. Our work with children includes strengthening the parent/caregiver-child relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and family conflict. We specialize in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and serve as a training site for PCIT.

Seeking motivated BBS-registered child therapists to join our team in Ventura, California.
- We specialize in Evidence-Based Treatments, with a focus on PCIT
- Equipped with fully furnished PCIT rooms
- Opportunity for PCIT training and certification under a dually-certified trainer
- Full-time positions available / Hourly pay / Non-exempt status
- Bilingual / Spanish preferred
- Quickly filled caseloads and referrals (no need to find your own clients)
- $300 per hiring year for CEUs and conferences

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, dyadic, and family therapy sessions for children and families
- Assess and evaluate patients diagnostically and develop treatment plans in accordance with DSM-V TR guidelines to guide treatment
- Collaborate with both internal and external diverse teams to ensure comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical records for all therapy sessions conducted
- Participate in mandatory workshops, supervisions, and staff meetings as needed
- Foster and be a part of a supportive and collaborative team environment

- An active provisional BBS registration for AMFT/ASW/APCC in California is required
- A minimum Master's Degree
- Compliance with professional laws, codes, ethics, and regulations is mandatory
- Previous experience working with children in clinical settings is highly preferred
- Being multilingual is advantageous.
- Openness to acquiring and mastering diagnostic, assessment, and documentation skills is necessary
- Willingness to travel to and work at the Ventura office is expected.
- Demonstrated ability in both independent work and teamwork is essential
