Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize computer technology to accurately enter customer orders and personalized information
- Operate laser equipment to personalize customer orders
- Operate rotary tools for personalization of customer orders
- Use buffers to finish and polish customer orders
- Perform other essential and non-essential duties as assigned to support production operations
- Strong commitment to quality control and producing high-quality work
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to learn, retain, and apply job-related functions and processes
Qualification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Basic computer skills required
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus, but not required
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds safely
- Ability to push carts or order carts weighing up to 60 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching throughout shifts
- Ability to operate carts and other equipment to move items efficiently
