We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brokerage Leader to oversee day-to-day operations and spearhead outbound recruiting efforts. This leadership role requires a motivated professional with a deep understanding of real estate practices, regulatory compliance, and brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence while actively growing our agent roster through direct outreach and strategic engagement.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License is required
• 3 years of experience in real estate operations, leadership, or recruiting preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional support and service
• Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, MLS systems, cloud-based platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for leadership and growth
