What You'll Do
- Reporting - Using your keen eye for detail, build out scalable reporting to help Wizards manage revenue across channels, projects, and set cycles.
- Analytics - Work with business partners to deep dive into profitability opportunities related to pricing, inventory, and revenue recognition. Iterate quickly to refine work and meet deadlines.
- Modeling - Build revenue models to explore different business strategies and identify areas of growth. Partner with economists and financial analysts to reconcile revenue numbers.
- Insights - Explain findings to partners using clear visuals and concise communication.
- 3 years of experience conducting predictive and causal analysis
- Degree in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline; graduate degree preferred
- Self-directed, ability to drive projects to completion and proactively communicate timelines and document processes
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience conducting quantitative analyses in Python, R, or another programming language
- Adept in Excel
- Experience working in Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization is a bonus
- Knowledge of and familiarity with trading card games such as Magic: The Gathering is a bonus
