Power Washing/Window cleaning Tech

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Washing and Window Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform power washing on building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces using professional-grade equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and graffiti.
• Clean windows of various sizes on commercial buildings, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to achieve streak-free clarity.
• Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts and ladders to access high or hard-to-reach areas for thorough cleaning.
• Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers, securing equipment, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed during operations.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met and communicate any issues or additional needs to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially when working at heights or with power washing machinery.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate power washers safely and effectively; experience with scissor lifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in exterior cleaning tasks.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures diligently and maintain a clean work environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate company vehicles may be required depending on the job site.
