Are you tired of being tied down at your current job? Stuck in the same building all day long, with a 30- minute lunch break. Your body and mind slowly withering away as your daily routine becomes your death sentence. 40 hours confined to the same space, week after week as your life becomes redundant and boring. Well, it doesn't have to be like that.
We are offering you a chance to be outside, active with nobody breathing down your neck. You and your crew receive your daily work orders the night before, meet at the office at 730-8AM, jump in a work vehicle and you're gone for the day. Throw on your earbuds and listen to some tunes as you perform pressure washing and window cleaning...it's almost therapeutic. No uniform, just a Top Gun t-shirt.
Now this doesn't mean you don't need to work hard. Speed and efficiency is how we all make more money and what we base our bonuses on.
How does all of that sound?
TOP GUN is seeking members to join our window cleaning/pressure washing teams. Window cleaning and/or pressure washing experience is preferred but not required. We will train you on these skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Showing up.
- Performing window cleaning and pressure washing, including carrying and working off of ladders.
- Occasional out of town work with travel expenses paid (in-state).
Applicants must:
- Be punctual (work day starts at 7:30AM).
- Be professional in attitude and appearance.
- Have attention to detail.
- Like money.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay with lots of overtime opportunities.
- Commissions and bonuses based on performance.
- Tips.
- PTO and paid vacation.
- A pat on the back when you do a good job.
