Job Description:
Security Clearance:
- Active Top Secret
Education/ Certification Mandatory:
- Project management certification, e.g., PMP or another recognized certification.
- BS or BA, OR four additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Provide current certification copy.
Work Experience Mandatory:
- Five years relevant experience AND five years leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in public/private IT and/or consulting.
- Show management of a large, complex task order, coordination with the Program Manager, contracting officer, task-order managers and customer representatives, and implementation of technical solutions and schedules.
- Degree substitution requires four additional years related experience.
Work Experience Nice to Have:
- Same agency experience
References/Certificates/Diplomas Required:
- Provide copies of current required certificates and a candidate-signed, dated Letter of Commitment confirming day-one availability.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Manage the specific task order under the Program Manager’s guidance and ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.
- Coordinate scope, contractor staffing, schedules, training, deliverables and task execution with the KO, COR, task-order managers and customer representatives.
- Participate in kickoff and in-process reviews; coordinate onboarding/offboarding.
- Provide Monthly Progress Reports before invoicing; coordinate invoice/report review and acceptance.
- Support transition planning, continuity, knowledge transfer and transition schedules.
