Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, year-round

• Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually, plus commission opportunities

• Housing: May be available for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the spa team to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control

• Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve excellence and uphold company standards

• Manage budgets, financial reports, and sales goals while identifying opportunities for growth

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Collaborate with hotel management to design promotions, packages, and guest experiences that enhance revenue and brand reputation

• Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive workplace culture

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous leadership or management experience required, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment

• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills

• Knowledge of spa operations and services

• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team

• Business-minded with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed

Experience / Education:

Two years of previous spa management or equivalent experience required.

Additional requirements:

This position may require flexible working hours including evenings and weekends. During the high season, extended workdays may be necessary to meet peak spa demand.
