In this role, you’ll support the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for both guests and team members. Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, Seasonal (Available now through December)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Respond to guest service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with general upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and equipment
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
Skills & Requirements:
- Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Performance Measurement:
Success in this role will be measured by responsiveness, quality of repairs, attention to detail, teamwork, and contribution to a safe and well-maintained property.
