The Role: Client Services Supervisor

What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Field Assessments
- Conduct in-home care assessments and reassessments
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
- Ensure care plans are accurate, personalized, and aligned with client needs
- Serve as a responsive, compassionate point of contact for client concerns
- Partner with caregivers to ensure successful client-caregiver matches
- Provide field support, oversight, coaching, and communication as needed
- Conduct annual reviews and supervisory visits
- Help maintain continuity and quality of care
- Represent With A Little Help at community events, senior centers, and partner organizations
- Build and nurture referral relationships with healthcare and community partners
- Identify opportunities to expand our presence and strengthen our reputation
- Support marketing initiatives and local engagement efforts
- Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
- Support the overall client services workflow with reliability and professionalism
