We’re a 30-year established, award winning, state-licensed in-home care agency in Seattle helping seniors live independently. As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a Field Operations & Growth Manager to lead client and caregiver operations while driving business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Client Service Specialists and field Caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Build strong relationships with clients and families.
- Recruit, train, and retain top caregiving talent.
- Represent the company in the community and drive client acquisition.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, culture, and operational improvements.
Who You Are:
- 5–10 years management experience in home care, home health, or related fields.
- A confident, compassionate leader who thrives on building relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excited to help scale a growing company and make a lasting impact.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90K–$120K DOE
- Bonus: Up to 25% annually stretch bonuses for exceeding growth goals
- Total Target Compensation: ~$112K–150K
