Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Workers to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Must be reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Remove weeds and debris from gardens and walkways
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects
Experience:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, and trees
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
