Assistant eCommerce Operations Manager — Digital Retail & Merchandising

Role Overview
As an Assistant eCommerce Operations Manager, you will support the end-to-end management of online stores within the entertainment and digital merchandise space. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth product launches, accurate inventory management, and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Maintenance
Support the daily management of online storefronts, ensuring product listings, visuals, and customer-facing content are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
Product Launch Coordination
Assist in executing new product releases and store launches, ensuring all required assets, details, and timelines are aligned for successful activation.
Inventory & Merchandising Support
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and maintain accurate reporting to support product availability and sales performance.
Platform Management
Maintain backend functionality across eCommerce platforms, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates to ensure seamless store performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with account teams, logistics partners, and customer support teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and a positive end-to-end customer experience.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Generate and analyze sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination
Assist in managing relationships with fulfillment partners and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and systems, contributing ideas that support scalability and long-term growth.
What You Bring
Relevant Experience
Background in eCommerce, merchandising, logistics, project coordination, or a related field, with exposure to digital retail environments.
Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify or similar systems) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Organization & Attention to Detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
Analytical Thinking
Comfort working with data to identify trends, solve problems, and support decision-making.
Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Adaptability
Comfort navigating shifting priorities and tight deadlines, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, or a related discipline.
