Warehouse Associate - Sorter (Memphis)

We are a 3PL provider of assembly and contract packaging services and the associated warehousing, distribution, procurement, and transportation services.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate – Sorter to support daily warehouse operations by accurately sorting, organizing, and staging products in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that items are properly identified, sorted, and routed according to customer and operational requirements.

We are looking for the right person who shares our philosophy of Operational Excellence daily.

Experience / Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing products by SKU, location, or customer requirements
• Accurately read labels, barcodes, and documentation to ensure proper routing of goods
• Stage sorted materials in designated areas for shipping, packing, or further processing
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of sorting and staging areas
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition
• Ensure adherence to warehouse management system processes and scanning requirements
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to management
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while operating in the warehouse
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate suggestions to management
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet daily production goals
