We are seeking a Warehouse Associate - Sorter to support daily warehouse operations by accurately sorting, organizing, and staging products in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that items are properly identified, sorted, and routed according to customer and operational requirements.

Experience / Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing products by SKU, location, or customer requirements
- Accurately read labels, barcodes, and documentation to ensure proper routing of goods
- Stage sorted materials in designated areas for shipping, packing, or further processing
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of sorting and staging areas
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition
- Ensure adherence to warehouse management system processes and scanning requirements
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to management
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while operating in the warehouse
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate suggestions to management
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet daily production goals
