Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide detailed product or service information, guiding clients through solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Manage outbound calls to follow up on client requests or gather feedback to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM systems.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in client services, sales, or related fields is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is highly advantageous.

Pay: $22.56 - $25.58 per hour
