Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure domains:
- Servers (Windows/Linux)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
- Storage & Backup solutions
- End User Computing
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred), and CMDB.
Process & Frameworks
- ITIL-based service management (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Availability).
- Experience in infrastructure service transitions and steady-state operations.
- Knowledge of ISO, SOC, or other compliance frameworks is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience in handling escalations and crisis situations.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
