Brent Wisner stood in front of a California jury and won a $2.055 billion verdict against Monsanto on behalf of a Bay Area couple who developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after years of using Roundup. The story is now being made into a major motion picture with Jonathan Bailey playing Brent Wisner. This is the kind of work we do.

We’re hiring an Associate Attorney to help us establish our Pennsylvania office and work directly on our active dockets.

Purpose and Impact of Your Role

As an Associate Attorney in our Mass Tort Department, you will play an important role in representing clients in all mass tort related legal matters. You will provide expert legal advice, conduct research, and assist in developing strategies to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.

• Provide well-organized and insightful legal summaries and memoranda to support senior attorneys in developing winning strategies.
• Deliver accurate and well-crafted legal documents that effectively represent clients' interests.
• Efficiently gather and organize evidence necessary to build a strong case foundation.
• Provide knowledgeable support to effectively advocate for clients in legal proceedings.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the legal landscape to adapt strategies and provide the best possible client service.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
