We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support our Company and its relationships with third parties. You will be a key contributor to the contract process at Wisk, and be an integral part of the company’s legal department. You have a willingness to learn and help with a variety of legal projects.
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View, California office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.

Pay range the company expects to pay: $134,000 - $158,000 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and negotiate a broad range of technology, supplier, non-disclosure and other commercial agreements, including identifying and mitigating contractual risks in accordance with Wisk policies
- Partner with the administrator of the contract management system to help manage the contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewals, as applicable
- Assist in the administration of contract templates, policies and processes
- Support the legal department in other areas as needed
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and compliance
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records
- Contribute to the development of best practices for contract negotiation and management
- Collaborate with legal counsel on complex contractual issues
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years experience in contract negotiation
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating technology and supplier agreements
- Expertise in SaaS and other indirect procurement agreement
- Experience in other legal areas (import/export and compliance matters) a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Highly organized
- Working knowledge of G Suite tools and agreement management databases
- Experience in aerospace or government contracting a plus
