Role Summary
We’re hiring a Project Manager to support fast-moving marketing and creative projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams (Creative, Design, Social, Influencer/UGC, Paid Media) to keep timelines, assets, and deliverables organized, on track, and aligned to client expectations.
Important — Agency Experience Required
If you haven’t worked in an agency environment managing multiple clients, fast turnarounds, and parallel deliverables, this role is not a fit.
Key Responsibilities
1) Project Coordination & Tracking
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and daily task tracking across multiple projects
- Maintain project boards (Trello/Asana/Notion) with clear owners, due dates, and status updates
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to unblock tasks and keep work moving
- Support PMs with weekly planning, meeting agendas, and action item recaps
2) Asset & Content Operations
- Organize creative assets and production files (folders, naming conventions, version control)
- Track deliverables across formats: short-form videos, ads, product photos, design assets, UGC submissions
- Ensure teams have the latest briefs, references, guidelines, and client feedback
- Coordinate review cycles (internal review → client review → revisions → final delivery)
3) Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and production calendars (shoot days, editing timelines, review deadlines)
- Prepare clear project updates (status, risks, next steps) for internal and client-facing use
- Escalate risks early (timeline slip, missing assets, unclear feedback, scope changes)
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2 year experience in project coordination / operations / account support (marketing, content, agency, or production environment )
- Strong organization and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (Trello/Asana/Notion)
- Detail-oriented with strong file/version control habits
- Reliable and responsive during working hours
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience supporting video/photo/design production workflows
- Familiarity with paid ad creative deliverables (Meta/TikTok/YouTube assets)
- Experience coordinating influencer/UGC pipelines
- Basic reporting skills (status reports, timelines, asset trackers)
