Dudley's is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a strong hospitality leader who combines a passion for service with commercial acumen, team development, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring consistently high service standards and memorable guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including managers and front-of-house staff.
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Operations team to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor, inventory, and cost controls.
- Maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, food safety, beverage execution, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage service across dine-in, catering, takeout, delivery, and events.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and efficient operations.
- Oversee scheduling, performance management, opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operational systems.
- Build a positive team culture through clear communication, collaboration, and leadership by example.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of General Manager experience, ideally in a high-volume hospitality operation.
- A strong track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Proven financial and operational expertise, including P&L statements, budgets, forecasting, COGS, and labor management.
- Experience creating and implementing operational procedures and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational technology.
